These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of EZ Flipbook Creator, available at ezflipbookcreator.com and ezflipbookcreator.thelogicbox.com (the "Service"), operated by AI Canadian Solutions / The Logic Box ("we", "us"), based in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
EZ Flipbook Creator lets you convert your images and PDF documents into digital flipbooks, host them, and share them. Optional features include AI-assisted cover generation and paid upgrades or purchases. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and some features may be offered in beta or development form.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at aicanadiansolutions@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Your Content and Your Responsibility
You retain ownership of the images, PDFs, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, convert, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, rendering your files into flipbook pages and serving them at the addresses you publish.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights necessary to upload and convert every image and document you submit, and that Your Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right of any person. We may remove content and suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
- upload malware or content designed to harm the Service or its users;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, or resell it without our written permission;
- misuse AI features, including attempts to generate unlawful or infringing material.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI cover generation is provided through third-party AI providers and may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated artwork before using it and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law. AI features may be modified, rate-limited, or withdrawn at any time.
6. Payments
Paid features and purchases are billed through Stripe at the prices displayed at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice on the Service.
7. Our Intellectual Property
The Service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as intended.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; sections 3, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
9. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR OWN BACKUP COPIES OF ANY FILES YOU UPLOAD.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Canadian Solutions / The Logic Box and its operators from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that content you uploaded or converted infringes the rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
